Incorrect or faulty items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 14 days of delivery. Our team reviews the issue and offers a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation.

How to start a return

Email support@infinitewares.com and include your order number. Attach a photo if the item is defective.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or design, email us for exchange instructions. Exchange orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return.

Refunds

Refunds apply only to defective or incorrect items. Approved refunds issue within 3 to 5 business days. Original shipping fees are not refunded.

Shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
